These Vendor Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform as a vendor. By registering and using Wapitick, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms By signing up as a vendor on Wapitick, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform. 2. Vendor Registration & Account Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately. 3. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and Wapitick policies. Services or products promoted using our platform must be legal, ethical, and compliant with WhatsApp policies. Vendors must not engage in spam, misleading promotions, or unauthorized messaging. 4. Payments & Commissions Vendors may be subject to service fees or commissions for using the Wapitick platform. All payments must be made on time. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination. Any applicable refunds or chargebacks will be handled according to our refund policy. 5. Prohibited Activities Vendors must not: Use Wapitick for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities. Send unsolicited or bulk messages that violate WhatsApp policies. Misuse, sell, or share customer data obtained through our platform. 6. Data Privacy & Security Vendors must handle customer data responsibly and in full compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Any data breach, unauthorized access, or misuse of data must be reported to Wapitick immediately. 7. Termination of Account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts without prior notice if: There is a violation of these Terms. The vendor engages in activities that may harm Wapitick, its platform, or its users. 8. Limitation of Liability Wapitick shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or legal issue arising from vendor activities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service availability. 9. Amendments to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Wapitick platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 10.
