Terms of service for the Wapitick website and platform

These terms describe the public service posture of Wapitick without exposing proprietary source code or internal implementation details.

Overview

These Terms of Service govern access to the Wapitick website and the Wapitick platform. Wapitick is a closed-source WhatsApp operations product for businesses that use WhatsApp across support, sales, campaigns, Flows, billing-related workflows, and integrations.

By accessing the site or using the platform, customers and visitors agree to these terms, to applicable law, and to any additional commercial agreements or order forms that apply to their account. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service scope

Wapitick provides hosted software, documentation, onboarding guidance, and product features for business messaging operations. The platform may evolve over time as features, workflows, integrations, and pricing are refined. We try to communicate material changes ahead of time, but the product itself is not frozen.

Nothing on the public site grants access to source code, proprietary implementation details, or unrestricted internal product architecture. Those are not part of what we are selling, and they are not necessary to use the service well.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the lawful use of the service, for maintaining account security, for respecting opt-in rules and messaging regulations, for using approved templates and workflows appropriately, and for making sure that their own business practices comply with applicable law in the regions where they operate.

Customers are also responsible for the data they bring into the platform, the third-party systems they connect, the integrations they enable, and the teammates they authorize to operate within their workspace. Wapitick provides the controls — assigning them well is on the customer.

Billing and plan usage

Paid use of Wapitick may be governed by subscription plans, custom commercial terms, or enterprise agreements. Public pricing on this website is informational and may be updated over time. The exact terms that apply to a given customer are the ones in their order form or signed agreement.

Taxes, third-party message charges from Meta, and applicable service usage fees may apply depending on region, billing setup, and connected providers. Customers should review how their plan bills, how message charges are passed through, and how taxes are calculated before they go live at scale.

Availability and support

Wapitick works to provide reliable access to the service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party dependencies, infrastructure issues, or changes in external provider policies. We do not promise 100% uptime, because no honest platform provider can — but we do commit to communicating when something is wrong.

Support scope and response expectations may vary by plan, by customer agreement, and by service tier. The plan-specific commitments are the ones that apply to a given customer's account.

Intellectual property

The Wapitick platform, website, product copy, documentation structure, trademarks, branding, and related materials remain the property of Wapitick or its licensors. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of proprietary software, designs, source code, internal workflows, or brand assets.

Customers retain ownership of the data and content they bring into the platform. Wapitick's use of that data is limited to providing the service and to the commitments described in the Privacy Policy and the applicable customer agreement.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Wapitick is provided without guarantees beyond those stated in an applicable written agreement. Customers should evaluate the service for their own needs and use appropriate internal review before deploying workflows that affect revenue, compliance, or customer trust.

Wapitick is not liable for losses arising from customer misuse, unsupported third-party behavior, or operational decisions made outside the intended scope of the service. If something is unclear, raise it with us before it becomes a problem.
